Our staff members are dedicated to helping all individuals achieve success in education. 3G's founders, Keegan and Warren, both completed Civil Engineering degrees  and share a passion for applying the principles of Math and Science to real world applications.

KEEGAN LANE

Co-Founder

After officiating/playing hockey, jogging, or losing the occasional tennis match to Warren, Keegan attempts to share his passion for education to make math and science applicable to real world scenarios. He graduated from the University of Calgary in 2018 with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering specializing in Energy and Environment. Currently he is working as an Engineer-In-Training (E.I.T) in the Municipal Engineering Sector.

WARREN AGUINALDO

Co-Founder

Tennis Pro, E.I.T., Hip-Hop dance instructor, the list goes on. Fortunately he finds time to help others explore his passion for education. Warren graduated in 2011 from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Sciences of Civil Engineering specializing in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering and is currently working in the Municipal Engineering Sector.

MAKENZIE KIPPENHUCK

Tutor

When Makenzie is not out on the rugby pitch or at the gym, she is assisting those in the UofC exercise rehab program and of course, 3G. She is a currently working towards her Kinesiology degree at the University of Calgary. Makenzie intends to use her acquired knowledge and experience to assist students in their educational journey.

ETHAN ADAMS

Tutor

Most of Ethan’s time is spent in the books studying Biomedical Sciences at the University of Saskatchewan while attempting to win the campus' GRAND dodgeball league. With just completing high school and currently enrolled in university, Ethan hopes to use his recent knowledge, tips and tricks to help prepare students for their next step of their educational journey. Ethan values the importance of one’s education and hopes to make they’re understanding as coherent as possible.
